DESIGN
CONSULTING
We provide expert consultancy design services.
Our services extend to architects, project managers and main contractors. We can also support client's directly wishing to undertake a building project.
Our involvement can be taken from project inception through to construction completion and our experience in both the consultancy sector and contracting sector, places us in a unique position to offer this service.
We offer modelling and analysis.
In addition to the general consultancy design services we offer, Connekt can provide assistance with building physics and thermal modelling for both new and existing building projects.
We can model predicted energy usage, perform summer time overheating analysis, and also check that your building design is able to comply with Part L of the Building Regulations.
