Refurbishment of Level 12 of the existing Tower 12 Office development in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Services included the design of ventilation and air conditioning, above ground drainage and domestic services.

 

The ventilation and air conditioning design required robust coordination with the project architect to develop an aesthetic design solution that was coordinated with the existing steel structure and lighting layout within the main open plan office areas.
